feed all food groups comprising cereal and grains dal legumes include all seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, cows milk and milk products, nuts etc

But, remember that each child is unique and different when it comes such measurements. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Let the baby be physically active and healthy as much as possible. Good luck and take care.
