#asktheexpert My child is very weak and he is unhealthy. He avoids the foods. So please suggest the perfect diet chart for him.

When your child is already avoiding the food then no matter what type Land you follow the child is going to avoid it only because there is no diet plan at this age you should give every thing that’s been made at your home on a regular basis that’s the right food to be given if that is also not helping that means there is some deficiency or some another problem with digestion of your child so need to check with your doctor
