Q.

#asktheexpert my child is under weight. we give him all the vegetables, fruits and nuts etc but still his health doesn't improve. what should we do

A. what is his weight? if it is not in normal range, give him weight gaining food like pulses, eggs, ghee, tofu, paneer, peanutsn ither dry fruits, beans, chick peas, black grams..

A. hello some kids are slow weight gainer and if the child is active then it is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet which can help in the growth of the child and include fruits vegetables green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products
