A. Hai good afternoon !! Feed 3 meals 2 snacks Breakfast - cereal,grain based ,boiled egg white/scrambled egg,pan cake . Lunch,Dinner - Rice /roti with dal,sabji /stuffed parata,curd ,salad . Avoid curd at nights you can offer cerelac,kichdi,porridges,poha,dalia at nights for easy digestion... Fruits,boiled veggies ,poha,mur mure,nuts barfi with jaggery,makhana powder kheer ,healthy home made soups as snack is best . Milk morning and night before bed helps in good sleep.
