#asktheexpert my child is now 6 month old...what should I start to serve him ?? cerelac??

A. Namaste Mom The baby can be given semi solid and mashed consistency foods were in you could include foods. prefer home of home made fresh and natural foods as much as possible , so give kichidi, ragi, siji porridge , you may also give them home made cerealc mix, steamed vegetables, soups, fruits
