#AskTheExpert My child is not speaking he is 2yrs 6 months old . how can i know what is the prblm or reason must be behind this ?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. the child is not able to speak properly at this age the child might be having some problem of social and language milestone
DEVELOPMENT by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. to make them speak follw these everyday Talk more to your baby. Ask a lot of questions to baby and wait to her a response. Encourage baby to give an answer. If baby tries to speak, wait listen and ask questions. Keep talking to baby and answer to all the babbles.
