Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if the baby is not responding at this age we need to evaluate the baby neurological to find out the problem For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o .
