Hi Mom Make meal time fun with toys and story Offer different varieties of food Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
