#asktheexpert my child is having iron and calcium deficiency...... due to which she eats a lot of harmful things like soil, paint from walls, carton colours.... please suggest some ways to prevent her

Pica is an eating disorder that is quite common among young ones..The disorder is defined as persistent and compulsive cravings to eat nonfood items....It is due to calcium or iron deficiency in babies... please do check with your paedritician and management accordingly.
