Start giving obeir two prunes daily and give more liquids and fibre rich fruits abd vegetables like pear papaya figs apricots soaked raisins and spinach pumpkin sweet potato can be given and increase his physical activities and make him sit in warm water tub while bathing to relax anal sphincters and apply little coconut oil around anus before passing motion
