#asktheexpert my child is fussy about vegetables. can you pls suggest changes

A. best way to feed vegetables is to hide them or disguise them in foods if they are very fussy about eating them.. Try making stuffed parathas ..like aalo paratha, gobi paratha, paneer paratha....all these are with stuffing. Or make methi patatha and palak paratha....for this you can add methi or palak into the flour itself and mix. Add a bit of almond flour to the flour that u use to make roti for your baby.  this way it will be added protein. you can even mix flour with cooked dal and make dal paratha.
