#AskTheExpert My child is currently in NICU. He might got discharged in week when weight crosses over 1.9kg. My child is weak, am not sure how can i take care of him or should i let him stay here for few more days

Don't worry.
weight will start to increase with time.
If breastfeeding, then feed for longer time from one breast so that the baby gets both fore milk and hind milk. Hind milk is rich in fat and thicker which will help in weight gain of the baby.
If the baby is formula fed baby, then also no need to worry as formula milk helps in weight gain
