#asktheexpert my child is 6 yrs old....and is suffering from chronic constipation....he is also having thyroid with high tsh.....he is having all fiber containing foods ...still no result ....plss help

A. Hello mom how is his fluid intake'? as that is very much required by them, and also offer warm water that would be help ful , also make sure the child is active and involved in some outdoor actiivity
