Q.

#asktheexpert my child is 5 years and 2 months old. his weight is 15 kg from last 1.5 yrs. He doesn't touch any sweet dish and weight and is also not growing. I concerned with the paediatrician, he said don't worry. what to do. I'm worried. Pls advice.

A. it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child. many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food. so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child. at the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional dxeficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite. give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.
