A. dear mum, a weight gain of 600 grams is a normal weight gain after completion of 1 month. for healthy weight gain, continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. at one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
