#AskTheExpert My child is 3 months old and he spits up curdled milk with water sometimes. is that normal? also he puts both of his hands in. his mouth even after taking the feed. what is the reason behind it?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. spit up cuddle milk is common because of their undeveloped digestive system of babies.
Avoid feeding your baby too fast or too much at a time,
Everytime feed your baby in an upright position.
if you’re breastfeeding, avoid foods like citrus, tomatoes, spicy foods, carbonated, oranges, drinks, and foods high in fat, these can leads to reflux in babies.
If you are feeding formula milk swich to soy base formula or can talk to your paediatrician.
