#AskTheExpert My child is 2yrs n 4mnth old but he didn't eat well. He is very fond of cows milk. We are trying hard to stop that but he cries a lot if we don't give him. Kindly help me what should I do

Manali JomrajMom of 2 children2 years agoA. I had similar problem with my boy. But doctor told us to strictly stop giving him milk. I did that n he literally started eating food without any tantrums.Now I give him milk only at night time before sleeping n in midnight whenever he wakes up. Try giving him something or other in short intervals. so that he wouldn't remember his milk.

give her cows milk preferably desi cow a2 milk
with dates syrup
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
