#asktheexpert my child is 2 yr 8 months old I have given him government vaccines but not given any additional vaccines as we were in our village so can I give additional vaccines now like hepatitis A , chicken fox

A. Yes you can ,Elective or optional vaccines include rotavirus, hepatitis A and meningococcal. Rotavirus vaccines are given orally and prevent diarrhoea and vomiting caused by the rotavirus, which causes diarrhoeal diseases.
