#AskTheExpert my child is 1 year 2 months he is not sleeping adequately, when he sleeps he not sleep continuously he often awaking, please suggest what to do

A. know why. good sleep is a must for overall brain development of the baby . To give sound sleep to baby make sure the room is dark and quiet . Baby should not be hungry at bed time and also you can rock or swing baby to put to sleep .
