Q.

#asktheexpert my child is 1 month old and sometimes even after long nursing he is hungry. Is it sign of low milk supply. Bcz when i pump after an hour of breastfeeding session i get around 40-50 ml from both side. Please let me know is my milk supply low and how can i improve my supply

A. Hi Or a newborn child 30 ML is more than enough and almost by completing the age of two Mansi appetite somewhere becomes around somewhere 30 to 60 ML so your child is getting sufficient breastfeed from you as of now but still if you feel that your child is hungry then you can start feeding formula to the child
