Q.

#asktheexpert my child has too much sleep disturbances keeps on moving on the entire bed while asleep and screams and cries whenever he wakes up, but do not drink milk or water simply cries

A. Sometimes it’s due to hunger that maybe the child child is eating well before sleeping which is why the child is tossing and turning into the bed sometimes the kids are light sleeper and due to little bit of sound also also they can wake up so you can use earplugs for the child
