#asktheexpert my child has egg and milk allergies so without these 2 hw can i fulfil the calcium requirement of my child during these growing yrs

A. Hello mom you can opt for other sources such as ragi which is one of the best and richest source of calcium , also dry fruits and nuts as well , green leafy vegetables, broccoli, soya .
