A. Hello! Introduce solids food gradually and do not force feed your child. Introduce new food every 5 days. Try different textures - crispy, crunchy, sticky. Let your child explore new textures and slowly your child will start accepting and chewing solid foods.

A. hi first ,if you gradually offer foods with more texture over time,it gives your child the opportunity to develop their biting and chewing skills. make meal time pleasant Usually ,a child with his stomach full will barely even touch any food items that requires chewing ,so turn the tables by offering those items when your child's hunger is at it's peak.
