Q.

#asktheexpert My child doesn't like ragi or vegetables or fruits. she likes rice foods like dosa, idli, choru(rice) etc... I am concerned about she wont get enough vitamins from fruits or vegetables.. what should i do... my child is 8 month old...

A. you can add fruits to yogurt and prepare smoothies for the child or just add it in milk and make milk shakes.. give different shapes to the vegetables and make it look interesting. use animated cutlery to serve food. engage the child in stories or toys while feeding.
