#AskTheExpert my child aged 4 years is studying from dysentery for the past 3 days and is it ok if he has fluid only.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is having dysentery Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
