#asktheexpert my child 5years old having constipation.he used to pass the stole after 4 days . please suggest something.

A. If your kid is constipated, one of the best Indian home remedies for constipation in kids is to give them milk and ghee. The lactic acid in milk will help to soften the stools, while the ghee will lubricate the intestines and make it easier for the stools to pass.
