#AsktheExpert my child 3 year 5 month old.his weight is 14 kg.his himoglobin 10.2.some time during sleeping and during crying he is doing lot of vomiting.

Maintain hydration
Give some light food like fruits vegetables cereals khichadi cereals curd rice milk products
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
