#AskTheExpert my chest is too heavy due to breastfeeding can I use any home remedies for reduce chest right now? is this save for my baby

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. breast gets engorged when you are breastfeeding the baby there will automatically reduce in size once you stop lactation . however post that you might require some yoga and exercises also
