#asktheexpert my bub is 1.7 years old and he refuses upper milk (Normal milk ) since 6+m how can I make him drink normal milk

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Try to give milk in the form of some fruit milk shakes, so that your child can get the nutrition from both the milk and fruits as well. Still, if your baby refuses to drink milk shakes, try to add dry fruits powder in the milk to enhance the taste of milk. If the baby refused all these, then do not force the child, just concentrate on other calcium and protein rich foods. Thankyou.
