A. Eat healthy food. Moong ki daal ka paani. Lactare capsules for breast milk production. There are mother feeding milk powders available which you can have with milk twice a day to increase milk production

A. Hai good morning !! For increasing breastmilk supply have lactating foods in diet. Milk 🥛 and diary products, rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo,bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, mutton kheema ajwain, garlic milk - boil milk with crushed garlic cloves for 15 minutes strain milk sugar optional this will improve milk supply within short time. Give frequent feeds every two hours and start semi solids once a day fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, Idly, Dal water, rice starch, soups..
