Hi... if you are thinking that when the breast is soft or not heavy when your supply is low then please don’t think like that because if you are exclusively breastfeeding your baby, you will have breastmilk sufficient for the baby’s demands. Eat healthy nutritious food lots of vegetables and greens, keep yourself well hydrated, have your mind stressfree, Play with the baby and probably possible give bath massage to the baby by yourself and finally have a good sleep this all will help you keep up your baby’s breastfeeding demands...

1.) you can ask your doctor for the medicines regarding the same ..as different medicine give different result with respect to body type.
OR 
2.) COMPLETELY AVOID wheat roti ....or if you are having wheat rotis then having 1 part and rest 3 part should be your rise ...

Hello. It's Preema here. my baby 18 days old now but she is suffering from gastric pain and problem a lot. she is bearing that pain herself without even crying. but I have noticed it so many time from past one week. you should try to breastfeed as much as it can bcz it sends signal to body to prodyce more milk or use automatic breast pump it will help to produce more milk. the more u take it out the more it is produced and also add milk products in ur diet. u can have milk twice a day

take 4 glass of water ,add 4garlic pieces , 1 teaspoon of fennel and 1 teaspoon of Fenugreek.
Allow the water to boil in low flame for 10 minutes.
