#AskTheExpert my breast milk is less and I have given formula milk to my baby and so much depressed about his health plz suggest any solution for increasing breast milk

Your breast milk will be sufficient for baby if his weight is normal don't doubt yourself when other says your milk is not sufficient so that baby is crying be happy first drink more water have confident if for a day milk is not sufficient don't be tensed next day will be better
Have your diet properly take garlic Mutton and more milk
Be happy

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. take promolact capsules for improving breast milk and jijdfor further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
