#asktheexpert my breast has started paining & doctor said milk is gathered. I removed milk it still pains a lot. Kindly advise what should be done

Are heavy during that pain time then that’s basically an engorgement into the breast which can be common seen with women who have really extra and heavy feed that they are making apart from what your doctor suggesting also do regular hot compress that is going to be benefiting
