#asktheexpert my breast doesn’t overflow even when thy r full of milk thy get swelling even some tym white patch seen on d neepel which is very painful. When I squeeze them to flow out d milk vy less pours flow out d milk So plz let me knw wht should I do

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent It's ok. Massage your breasts daily with rhr warm Coconut oil you may use the breast pump to express milk take sunbath daily keep yourself hydrated don't use RO water
