#AskTheExpert my boy is 5 months old now.. should I need to start solid food? or what about starting cerelac ? not homemade the market one...?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no don't start at this age.. No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months. Exclusive breast feed your baby two to 3 hourly and on demand

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months and if the b! is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug which can help but no solids till the baby complete 6 months
