#asktheexpert My boy is 1year 1 month old, I'm on feeding , but these days I will feel so tired and exhausted. Somebody told it's due to breast feeding, so can I stop feeding now? Is this the right time?

Well you can quit breastfeeding any time after completing the time of 12 months that is not an issue but it is not necessary Layi happening without your suddenly feeling weak because your breast feeding you were doing the same previously also if this never happened before than that is not the reason sometimes the things can happen due to nutritional deficiency and when you do not follow a proper diet for yourself you can face this kind of a nation
