NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some kids can be slow weight gainer s and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and also give baby small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time
