#asktheexpert my both kids aged 4 and 10 years get vomiting sensation early in the morning. Hence avoid eating breakfast. please suggest

A. That’s very normal so I would just say that what you can do is that instead of giving any breakfast you can give them fruit smoothies or you can give milk shake like banana milkshake in the morning because that is going to keep them a sufficiently fully because a lot of kids can go through this kind of a problem in the morning that’s very normal to have
