#AskTheExpert my bf is sometimes not sufficient for my baby..so i give 150 ml at 9.00 pm only 1 time formula..is tgis good or can i stop feeding formula milk..

A. dear mom exclusive breastfeeding is recommended till 6 months of age no need of formula milk post 6 months also prefer home based kitchen feeds over packaged foods

A. if you are giving formula milk then there is no harm attached to it. it is absolutely ok if the breast feed is not sufficient because it happens when the mother is physically exhausted and tired. I can understand your situation and therefore there is no problem at all if you give formula milk to your child.
