Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom.. make sure baby us hydrated .give coconut water or nimbu pani to her. if kid is on any medicine then Also yellow pee is normal . continue breast feeding till minimum two years as per world health organization
