Q.
#asktheexpert my baby will turn 3months on Wednesday. from the past ,4-5 days he is spitting up. it's not instantly after the feed. after his feed, we burp him, if he doesn't we keep him upright from 20mins approx or I keep him in a bit slanting position on me. and he is spitting up after we keep him on bed. the spit up is sometimes curdled sometimes as normal milk. he is on mix feed.

it's just reflux
and very common among babies
it happens when some of milk or formula your baby swallow comes back up and out of their mouth.
but to prevent it, please burp your baby during and after each feeding
hold your baby upright for 30 minutes after feeding to allow the milk to settle in his stomach
offer small and frequent feeds which helps to prevent your baby from overfeeding and swallowing air
