#AskTheExpert my baby will completed 6 month on 25 th January. i have completed his 3.5 months vaccination. there is no vaccination in vaccine card of may baby at 6 month. next vaccination scheduled on that is at 9 months.... i want to know that is there any vaccine, which should have at 6 month age.?? we live in delhi, india

A. flu vaccine flu vaccine also known as influenza vaccine is very important for decreasing the chances of viral infection by at least 60% in your child. the first dosage is given at the end of 6 months and the second dosage at the end of 7 months and then every year till completion of 7 years of age. previously it was an optional vaccine but now it is considered as an idmportant vaccine for children. flu vaccine can be started at any age. best time for flu vaccine is usually just before rainy season on set
