Q.
#asktheexpert my baby will complete 5 months tomorrow and has doubled his birth weight.is it ok to start solids? I ideally want to wait till 6 months completion.what should the first food be? He also got diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism but now his reports are under control.are there any food precautions for him?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby semi solid fter six months only and give baby breastfeeding and formula milk till the six months. nd baby weight is perfectly fine.
