A. babies will initially lose some weight after birth in the first few weeks and then they will start gaining weight. your baby has gained some weight in the last 4 months. try and breastfeed exclusively till completion of six months. feed for longer duration so that baby gets enough of fore milk and hind milk. hind milk is thicker and helps in gaining weight in babies.
