A. hi usually babies do this when they feel sleepy or tired or when they have dry skin. so please dress your child in weather appropriate clothes clean your child eyes with fresh tap water. don't apply kajal or anything. make sure your child takes enough sleep. give Massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene
