Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much if baby is active and having feed properly and also baby weight is mainly depends upon the birth weight and it should be doubled the birth weight in first six months and gain 500-800 gms in a month. If it is not according to it then evaluate once with local doctor and ask for food supplements and vitamins.
