SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, one-month-old baby having 4.8 KG is a good weight. Usually the baby will gain around 500 g in a month. After born initial 10 days baby will lose some weight and then gradually start increasing per month. calculate accordingly to your baby’s birth weight. And baby will get double the birth weight by six months and triple the birth weight by one year. Exclusively breastfeed once in every two hours and burp your baby well after every feed.Write Your Answer Here
