#asktheexpert my baby weight is just 4.8 and she is about 5 month now. birth weight was 2.85. is that a concern? what should we do to increase her weight. she is healthy and no issue. she is very active as well.

A. Your child is gaining decent enough but if you want you can start giving formula when we will help in the weight gain of the child over the period so that’s what you should do along with the breastfeeding that you are giving to the child
