child should double it's birth weight by completion of six months and triples by one year.
give only breastmilk till completion of six months for healthy growth and weight gain

Heigh and weight growth are haridatory traits to some extent
Don't worry about it as long as she's achieving her milestones on time
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
keep her hydrated by giving her BM
Mom should not use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
