#asktheexpert my baby weight is 14.5 kg.. as she is 4 year old.. what should I can feed her.. she eats egg, rice , veggies and fruits on regular basis

A. Dear mum, apart from eggs, rice, veggies and fruits, you should also include all green leafy vegetables, grains, cereal and pulses. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts, dates and raisins. You can give roti, vegetable / paneer parantha. Milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
